Vlad Erogov & Mr. Customer Exclusive Content License Agreement

EXCLUSIVE

1. Grant of License, General Terms

a. The word "Product" means photography, still or moving photography or videography, digital image and sound acquisition, and/or audio recording.
b. Exclusive license means that only 1 Licensee gets a license for the Product, and it is sold by the Licensor 1 time only.
c. Licensee gets the lifetime exclusive license.
d. Licensor grants, assigns and transfers to the Licensee all rights, titles and interest for Product specified in this agreement.
e. Licensee may use the Product on unlimited number of domains and in any form of media or distribution invented or as not yet invented.
f. Licensee may transfer, resell or lease the Product.

2. Entire Agreement

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

3. Payment of Royalty

Licensee will pay to Licensor a one-time lifetime fee specified in this agreement.

4. Revocation of License

Involuntary revocation of the license does not grant Licensor any refund of the payment made.

5. Modifications

Any modifications not specifically listed in this document are not granted without express written agreement by both parties.

6. Severability

If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

7. Waiver of Contractual Right

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this agreement.

8. Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Residence of the Licensee.

a. Licensee holds Licensor harmless for any legal issues related to the distribution of the material as it relates to community standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in any city/county, state or country of Licensee and their websites.
b. Licensor warrants the images are fully copyrighted, and this license warrants these images free of intellectual property violations only. These images are in compliance with the 18 USC 2257 US Federal Law, and any inquiries made under this law must be directed to Licensor.
c. All records are available at Custodian of Records: Vlad Egorov (address).

Payment for Product and Invoice

For all valuable goods and considerations, Licensee has paid to Licensor a one-time lifetime fee specified as $000 US on 0/0/00.

Licensor holds and maintains proper model releases, including permission to use and sell images, as well as age verification of all models, and maintains all records of releases/identifications that are required.

Licensor holds that the photography was performed on MONTH 0, 0000 year involving the following models, all of whom were at least 18 years of age at that date: (1) Kora Dunkan, date of : the 00th of Month 0000, who has also performed under the following names: Sveta.
